We appreciate the opportunity to discuss our process for properly selling or purchasing a business, finding a strategic business deal, and / or merging one business with another. This seminar will provide valuable information you can use to assist your clients.
First of all, let us assure you that this is NOT one of these "Hard Sell" events where a business owner is asked to issue a check for $45,000 at the end of the event or to commit “on the spot” to sell his business. As a matter of fact, we have never taken upfront retainers and we always discuss in detail with clients whether a sale makes sense and under what terms!
We very much encourage you – and one or more selective clients – to attend our workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your clients to meet professionals that can ultimately work with you to help them buy or sell a business in the right way and at the right price. Since no two transactions are alike, doing a deal correctly requires the deep knowledge of highly qualified professionals and a sophisticated process to ensure that the specific objectives of the deal are met.
In any case, we are looking forward to meeting you and are certain to answer all your questions that pertain to a transfer of a business. Seating will be limited and we encourage you to register early.
