Visit business location during off-hours

Negotiation and acceptance of Offer To Purchase
D. Phase 4 ( Due Diligence )
Prepare due diligence with a catalog of buyer questions
Obtain SBA financing ( Broker can assist )
Obtain regulatory approvals
Set closing date for final transfer
