ANA Commercial Real Estate, LLC (ANA), a licensed real estate company under New Jersey law, is in the business of assisting business sellers to include their real estate into the sale of their commercial business. Specifically, ANA will fully provide the confidentiality of the business sale and real estate sale by not including the real estate sale into any type of multiple listings.

For example, a business owner typically can market his business by way of a business broker in a confidential matter, however, the real estate needs to be marketed via a licensed real estate brokerage office. Said real estate office usually places the indicated property into the real estate MLS system, and the sale of the property becomes widely known. Such knowledge essentially undermines the confidentiality efforts of the business broker as it pertains to the sale of the business.

ANA now provides a vehicle to preserve confidentiality for the business sale and the real estate sale, and by "tying" the two sales together, none is sold without the other.

The company was started in early 2008 and serves exclusively commercial real estate purposes in the State Of New Jersey.
