ANA Commercial Real Estate, LLC (ANA), Medford, NJ, a licensed real estate company under New Jersey law, is in the business of assisting business sellers to combine the sale of their commercial real estate with the sale of their business.


The company was started in early 2008 and serves exclusively commercial real estate purposes in the State of New Jersey. Achim Neumann is the President of the company and Philip Bonafiglia is the Broker Of Record. The company's offices are located at Olde Towne Square, 105 Atsion Rd. Suite J, Medford, NJ 08055 - Tel (609) 953-4950, approximately 15 minutes east of Philadelphia.

Historically, a business owner would market his business by way of a merger & acquisition professional or business broker in a confidential matter, and then have the real estate sold by a licensed real estate office. However, said real estate office usually places the property into the real estate MLS system, and thus, the sale of the property becomes widely known. Such knowledge essentially undermines the confidentiality efforts by the business broker as it pertains to the sale of the business and has a considerable negative impact on the business.

Specifically, ANA now will provide confidentiality to the real estate sale by not including the real estate sale into any type of multiple listings. As a matter of fact, ANA does not even accept any real estate engagements if they don't include the sale of a business. This will provide a vehicle to preserve complete confidentiality for the business sale and the real estate sale, and by "tying" the two sales together, none is sold without the other (if so desired by the owner).
